So sorry to hear about your fur baby. Is Evie a cavachon? We had one (bichon, Cavalier Spaniel mix) we loved dearly (Radley crossed the rainbow bridge in July 2016). Your BEBS community will be waiting patiently until you have time for us again! <3
There is something quite magical about our connection to our furry friends. Here's to a speedy and full recovery for Evie and to rest and gentleness for you. Can't wait to see the book cover... !
Your Evie, looks like my Chester! Smaller but the markings are almost identical. We sadly lost him suddenly this past February. Seeing her face made me think of all the love Chester brought us over the years! Even if he did eat his poop!
Praying she feels better soon and that rest happens.
Awww... I wish I'd had a chance to meet Chester. He definitely sounds like he had Evie energy--she doesn't eat her poop but she will take a whack at bird poop!!!
They really don’t. I have lost many cats to old age. But losing a dog was so different for me. I still get a little weepy when I think of the dogs I have loved and lost.
Take the time you need for Evie’s care, and your own. We will be here. I’ve been there with my sweet pound-pup. Emergency vets are no fun and $$$$$$! Big hug to you & gentle boop from Gracie to Evie.
Yes! She has had a couple emergency vet visits. The most recent was after she flirted with the wrong dog & lost a leg. (Unknown to anyone he had been used as a bait dog.) She’s my fierce little warrior.
Sending love to all of you and your sweet Evie!! Please take all the time you need, it’s a real family event in these situations. We’re all here and will be cheering you on…
All the love to your furry friend.💕 I can’t wait to see the book cover reveal!
prayers for your little Evie, and you and your husband. <3

She's a Shih Tzu. We keep her fur trimmed low because she's a rascally and definitely not a show dog 🙃
Oh Evie! Glad she’s on the mend. 🙏🏼💛✨

Sweet Evie! When our furry family members are sick it’s so very hard. I’m glad she is on the mends.
I’m so very excited to see the book cover reveal!
Shalom, friend.
I hope Evie feels better so soon. 🥺
Sending love to you for your sweet pup. Hope she feels better soon. Rest and breathe, friend.
Jackie, do you have a newsletter on Substack that I'm not aware of?
No. There are a few others that I subscribe to, but I'm not an author.
Take care of sweet Evie and yourself. Been there many, many times xo
Take good care of that sweet baby!
