An epiphany is a revelation, a vision, a moment of nirvana, an aha-Oprah-pause, a clearing through which we can see the movement of God. An epiphany is the rising of hope. And, for me the music of Kirk Franklin is an epiphany made music. So lovely, so wonderfully joyful and an overflowing—an embodied expression of hope.
